Our Food for Thought discussion series continues virtually on Thursday, October 15, as Brookfield Place partners with lululemon for a conversation on sleep and its impact on health, wellness, and success! Join us as actress, master fitness guru, and lululemon ambassador Bevin Prince delves into the topic with Dr. Rebecca Robbins, a sleep researcher and co-author of Sleep for Success. The two speakers will also answer questions submitted anonymously by the public in advance of the event.

The Food for Thought monthly series explores themes related to wellness and sustainability. Hear from influential voices from various fields and be a part of the conversation during the Q&A segment. This series will take place digitally on the third Thursday of each month, through November 2020.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Bevin Prince is a professional actress from Wilmington, North Carolina, best known for her role on One Tree Hill. Since moving to New York City, Bevin has continued acting and transitioned into the world of fitness, as a Master Instructor, a talent trainer, contributor to SiriusXM’s SoulCycle radio and instructor developer for SoulCycle. Following her passion of promoting balanced health, intentional living and inspired fitness, Bevin currently serves as a motivational speaker, and ambassador for lululemon.
Dr. Rebecca Robbins is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. In her research she designs behavioral interventions to improve sleep using novel strategies from communication and marketing. She is the co-author of Sleep for Success! with Dr. James B. Maas. Dr. Robbins has been interviewed in such publications as the New York Times, the Financial Times, and The Washington Post. She has appeared in National television segments for Fox Business News, ABC Nightline, and The Today Show.
