On September 12th, Spring 2024 Runway preorder launches!

The inspiration for the collection began late last summer with a visit to the extraordinary Royal Pavilion at Haga Park in Sweden. Built for King Gustav III, it is one of the finest examples of European Neoclassicism of the late 1700s.  The color palette of the pavilion led to a collection with washed yellow, shocking pink, alabaster and amethyst. We recreated a floral gold jacquard on an ancient loom, embroidered silk charmeuse and used the world’s finest silk and wool gabardine. There are hand cast ‘Swedish’ floral buttons made by a 100 year old family-run jeweler in Rhode Island. A thread-work dress, which takes four artisans nearly a week to complete, was inspired by a set of draperies in the private quarters. Our hand-painted ‘Espalier’ print draws from the pattern on a wall in an ante room. And the photographic florals on silk duchesse are made in collaboration with the new ‘Dutch Master’ Natasja Sadi.
