This all comes together as a modern, casual interpretation of our favorite Japanese experiences, right here. Authentic food, the real city-vibe and bustling energy. Catering to diverse tastes requires both courage and restraint. We aspire to deliver the authentic ramen culture of Japan in every action we take. Our chefs handcrafted the perfect silky, flavorful broth paired with our custom noodle. From our hand-made gyoza to the commitment for pursuing seasonal flavors with limited editions and daily specials. We have seven stores, and the first New York location here at Hudson Eats, Brookfield Place.
