With humble yet ambitious beginnings in a cozy space in the heart of Little Italy, Parm is a chef-driven concept created by renowned chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi, and restauranteur Jeff Zalaznick. Famous for Chicken Parm, Mario’s Meatballs, signature deli sandwiches and our uncompromising New York roots, we celebrate updated takes on classic Italian dishes that our chefs grew up with — in a fun, casual neighborhood setting.

PRIVATE DINING/SEMI-PRIVATE DINING OPTIONS:

• Parties of 15 or higher require a Large Party Reservation and a set pre-fixe menu
• Partial restaurant buy-out for 40-100 guests
• 40-100 guests dining room buyout with pre-fixe menu (seated, buffet, cocktail style); bar remains open to other guests.
• 100-125 guests Full Restaurant Buyout (seated, buffet, cocktail style)
• Parm can arrange for bar parties for up to 75 guests in a stanchioned off bar area. There is a $75 F&B minimum per person

There are two private rooms at Del Frisco’s for private-room parties:

• Private Dining Room:
  • Seats up to 14 guests
  • Equipped with complimentary AV
• Upstairs Dining Room:
  • Ability to reesrve the upstairs room for a private, full buyout or cocktail party
    • Seated meal: 90 guests
    • Cocktail party: 100 guests

For smaller groups, looking to host a casual cocktail reception, we can reserve our Community Table in the bar area:

• Not private
• Provides standing space for 20 – 30 guests

Seamore’s is a fun, sustainable seafood restaurant with a happening happy hour and a delicious brunch menu. We have a range of seafood and non-seafood options all served at affordable prices with great beachy vibes. From lobster rolls, fish tacos and tuna poke to an epic cheeseburger and our famous kale avocado salad.
