The Mistletones

Songful Artists presents The Mistletones, an a cappella quartet performing fun and festive arrangements of classic carols and contemporary holiday favorites. The Mistletones have been spreading their unique brand of cheer for over 15 years in and around New York City. Come join The Mistletones and get in the holiday spirit!

Ira Khonen Temple and Aani Kisslinger

Ira Khonen Temple (accordion) is an accomplished bandleader and songwriter who recently played accordion in the pit of Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish, and music directed Indecent at the Weston Playhouse. Ira is a founder of the new-traditional Yiddish music group Tsibele.

Aaron Kisslinger (brass) is multi-instrumentalist, writer, producer and bandleader. They are the creative force behind the solo project AANI and Novi Hitovi (“New Hits”) Brass Band, as well as a member of Zlatne Uste Brass Band. Their performances include Music Hall of Williamsburg, Bowery Electric, Blue Note, Golden Festival, and Preservation Hall.

Mostly Modern Projects
230 Vesey Street (level 1 & 2)

Mostly Modern’s FAB4 brings the holiday music from Classical Greats like the Nutcracker Suite to Charlie Brown’s Skating & Christmas Time is Here. Featuring, Victoria Paterson (violin), Hiroko Taguchi (violin), Andrew Griffin (viola), Alon Bisk (cello).

Mostly Modern Concerts is a year-round contemporary performance series, featuring top-tier artists from Broadway, Lincoln Center, and Carnegie Hall performing family-friendly and joyous FREE music programs all over greater New York City. Open to the public, they can be found everywhere from Manhattan’s iconic Oculus World Trade Center and Chelsea Market to The Center on Aging at Cornell Weill and Mount Sinai Hospital.
