The Food for Thought discussion series continued in 2021 with its pursuit of three goals – to restart, revive, and reconnect. This past year, we heard from influential voices from various fields on a number of different topics—from mindfulness & meditation to hiking & sustainability—and received a variety of thoughtful questions submitted by the public and answered by guests.
