Food for Thought 2021: Restart, Revive, Reconnect

The year 2020 was like no other, and we found ourselves pressing pause, pivoting, disconnecting, and disengaging. We spent time focused inward on our physical and mental health. Moving forward in 2021, we are coming up for air, and figuring out how we press play on our lives. How do we restart ourselves for a successful year? How do we revive our psyche and reclaim happiness? How do we reconnect with friends and loved ones?

This year’s Food for Thought digital series will focus on topics in pursuit of three goals – to restart, revive, and reconnect. Similar to last year, the series will feature influential voices from various fields and the public will be invited to engage in the conversation by submitting a question anonymously in advance of the event. The series will take place digitally on Brookfield Place’s Instagram Live platform, on the third Thursday of each month.

We kick off the series’ return with an effort to restart!
