Wednesdays on the Waterfront!

Get moving with a series of classes aimed to help you build strength, relax, and unwind.

Wednesday, May 19 at 5:30 PM | bode nyc

Our HIIT 50 class is a high-intensity, low-impact workout meant to work every major muscle group in the body. 

What to bring/wear:

Yoga or Pilates mat, water and hand towel. Wear comfortable workout clothes – pants, leggings, or capris, and a workout tank or t-shirt.

Wednesday, May 26 at 5:30 PM | 305 Fitness

All cardio classes are 45 minutes long, with a focus on high-intensity rhythmic cardio. Classes also feature sprint intervals, sculpting, and a stretch cool down. Expect alotta dancing, jumping jacks, and non-stop smiling. You’re gonna be sore for days.

Not a dancer? No problem. Seriously. Our classes are easy-to-follow and made for non-dancers and dancers, alike Each class has a 5-minute toning section. It’s just 5 minutes, so nbd. All of our classes are magic.

What to bring/wear:

Wear your favorite sneakers and workout clothes, nothing else necessary.
