From November 28 through Christmas Eve, everyone’s invited to Holiday Under the Palms at Brookfield Place to capture a complimentary selfie with Santa! Experience the magic of the holiday season with crafts, candy canes, and a sprinkle of merriment. Upon arrival, Santa’s helpers will check you in and you’ll soon receive an alert when it’s your turn to meet the jolly man in red. While you wait, explore Brookfield Place for the perfect holiday gifts or grab a bite to eat!
On select dates, bring your pup for a fur-tastic photo op with Santa.
Please double check the hours below before you start your journey to see Santa. The queue may temporarily close during open hours if the line reaches maximum capacity towards the end of each session.

*Dogs should be 25 lbs or smaller only. Must be in a carrier or carried.
How it Works
- When you arrive at the Winter Garden in Brookfield Place, you can join a virtual queue for this complimentary experience by scanning a QR code.
- You can only join the virtual queue on-site starting 15 minutes before the hours listed above.
- Selfies with Santa is first-come, first-served.
- You will get a text when Santa is ready for you. Families and friends can cross holiday shopping off the to-do list while they wait!
- Use your own cameras or cell phones to take a picture. Santa’s helpers can assist getting a picture of your entire group or family.
