Food For Thought: WinYourDay
The Food for Thought discussion series will kick-off virtually on May 21 as Brookfield Place partners with Rhone for a conversation between Chris Devine (above left), Rhone’s East Coast Community Marketing Manager; and Darren Tomasso (above right), a Health and Wellness Consultant, Private Trainer, and Founder of WinYourDay. WinYourDay is a mindset Tomasso developed that encourages the celebration of small victories achieved daily to sustain long-term momentum and motivation. The two will discuss fitness, setting personal goals towards a healthy lifestyle, and how you can WinYourDay. The event will take place on @BFPLNY’s Instagram Live, as part of #BFPLatHome digital programming.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Chris Devine is the East Coast Community Marketing Manager at Rhone. In this position, Chris organizes and executes cross-marketing events along the east coast. Establishing and maintaining multiple partner relationships helps create exciting and supportive networking environments, which continuously draws participants to attend Rhone sponsored events. Previously, Chris has worked for a handful of marketing agencies including Momentum Worldwide and Inspira Marketing Group
Darren Tomasso is a Health and Wellness Consultant, Private Trainer, Health and Wellness Director for Metropolis Sport Magazine, and Founder of WinYourDay. WinYourDay is a mindset Darren developed during his time at the University of Pennsylvania. It encourages individuals to celebrate the small victories achieved daily that sustain long-term momentum and motivation. WinYourDay is an integrative approach between quality eating and sleep, efficient and effective training, mindfulness, stress reduction, and intentional planning. Darren views each aspect of one’s health as an interdependent relationship that, over time, come together to form your best overall self and a lifelong health journey.
